Swimming Israel is happy to share that Adina Faur is the new Head Coach for the Athena Diamond Swimming Team!
Faur is a top masters swimmer in Israel, both her children are swimmers. Her eldest son, Ronen Faur, is an Israeli National Team Swimmer who just started studying in the United States, at Southern Methodist University. Her younger daughter, Iris Faur, is a swimmer in Bnei Herzelia Swimming Team.
Adina was one of the swimmers who swam across the salty Dead Sea for the first time, last November.
Adina holds several Israeli Master Swimming age group records. Last May she won the bronze in the 200m Backstroke at the European Masters championships in London.
